
Be Well products give you full flavor without the alcohol! Made with traditional winemaking practices, the wines undergo a process to gently remove the alcohol, preserving natural aromas and flavors.
Step 1
Be Well premium dealcoholized wines begin as ripe, flavorful grape clusters on vines.
Step 2
Then, the grapes are fermented using traditional winemaking practices to make delicious, full-strength, and varietally correct wines.
Step 3
The full-strength wine then runs down through a spiral cone, which thins it out and prepares it for alcohol removal.
Step 4
The winemakers then gently remove the alcohol from the wine through a special evaporation process that ensures the wine is not exposed to any heat, protecting its flavors and aromas from any harmful effects of high temperatures. This process is repeated until less than 0.5% alcohol remains.
Step 5
Throughout this entire process, we ensure that the classic aromas and flavors of the original wine remain in the finished product.

We then bottle the finished product and it’s ready for your enjoyment!
